Reducing Security Wait Times with Dynamic Announcements
We learned how Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) reduced security wait times by 10% by using data from Xovis' Passenger Flow Management System (PFMS) to trigger announcements on Sittig's PAXGuide Automated Announcement System. This case study presentation demonstrated the benefits terminal operators can realise by integrating real-time data into automated systems that support passenger load balancing and wayfinding.

IATA and XOVIS' Airport Level of Service (LoS) concept and monitoring solution improves airport passenger experience and increases operational efficiency. Originally installed at (KIX) Kansai International Airport, the solution has significantly improved the airport's overall performance.
